sigh
I NEED A NEW COMPUTER!!!
Well, i'll be lucky if i manage to type and post this post before my computer dies again. Seriously, it just died on me twice last night! And it lags big time! What a wuss...
Anyway, it's been such a long time since i last updated. A million apologies to those who have checked back only to find a post from the yestermonth.
Last monday, few of us army guys went to celebrate a birthday. We went to Marche and i spent a whopping 30 bucks! I had a mini rosti, a sauteed mushroom salad with a garlic sausage, a decaffeinated mocha, some bread pudding and some waffle with a really good passionfruit Movenpick ice-cream. I must say, that has got to be one of the most satisfying meals in a very long time. We played pool at Lucky Plaza after that, and i got home around midnight. A very fun night that was.
On Tuesday, MAJ Ben gave me one cup noodles. It was some Korean brand, and it was really REALLY the BEST cup noodles i have ever eaten. The kimchi flavor wasn't overly sour, yet it retained it's tangy flavor. And the noodles were just right, not crispy yet not soggy either. I rate it 5 out of 5 pairs of chopsticks.
Today is Wednesday. Well, i can't comment much about today except that it was similar to most other days here at camp. Bah, can't wait to ORD. I have about a year and a half left to complete. Well, i can't say that army life is all sorrow though. I have never really seen myself taking such a keen interest in observing a healthy diet as well as regular exercise, so that's gotta be a plus.
Similarly with my uni life. It's not much different from poly life, but it's much more stressful in a way because i am both studying and working. And i remember telling myself once before when i was still doing mass comm at Ngee Ann, that i've never worked this hard before. Well, think that sentence fits with my current life better now. I've seriously never really worked my ass off so hard before. My pimple outbreak last work season was crazy. Thankfully i never really seem to get any white hair. However, i did notice that i'm beginning to see more tea bags under my eyes. I have an average of 6 hours of sleep per day, but the teabags never really show except these past few days. Gotta do something huh i guess?
Anyway, it's dinner time and i gotta log off now. So, thank u for reading all the way to the end!
